Royal Abraj Group is the umbrella, customer-facing brand used by this website. Licensed real-estate brokerage is provided by Royal Abraj For Buying and Selling of Real Estate Co. L.L.C S.O.C, Trade Licence 1487277 and RERA ORN 50296. Applicable documents-clearing work is coordinated through Javaher and Amin Documents Clearing Services Co. L.L.C, Trade Licence 1248174. The entity responsible for a specific engagement and any related processing is identified before work begins.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide when you submit an inquiry, request a consultation, subscribe to updates, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your name, contact details, service interests, and the content of your request. We also record limited technical and attribution information, such as the page used to submit a request, referral source, campaign parameters, submission time, and your tracking-consent choice.

How we use your information

We use information to respond to requests, send updates a visitor expressly subscribes to, provide and improve our property brokerage and coordination services, maintain website security, measure service performance, preserve an audit trail for inquiries, and meet applicable legal obligations. Google Analytics disclosure

Third-party content

Calendly scheduling and Google Maps are not loaded automatically. If you choose to load either embed, your browser connects directly to that provider, which may process technical information and set cookies under its own privacy terms. You can use the contact form, phone, email, or external directions link without loading the embedded content. Cloudflare Turnstile is used on forms for security and may process technical information needed to prevent abuse.

Data sharing between operating entities and providers

An inquiry may be routed to the Royal Abraj real-estate entity or Javaher and Amin Documents Clearing Services Co. L.L.C according to the service requested. We identify the responsible entity before engagement. We otherwise share personal information only with service providers that support our operations, when needed to deliver a requested service, with the competent authority or appropriately licensed provider involved in that request, or when required by law. Some providers may process information outside your country under applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

Data retention and your choices

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here or to meet legal requirements. Google Analytics event and user data retention is configured for 14 months. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may withdraw from subscribed email updates at any time using the unsubscribe link in each message or by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we regularly review the services and access controls used by the website.
