Licensed property brokerage is provided through the Royal Abraj real-estate entity, while applicable documents-clearing work is coordinated through Javaher and Amin Documents Clearing Services Co. L.L.C. Authorities and appropriately licensed providers remain responsible where another regulated activity is required. The scope and responsible legal entity are stated before work begins.

Before adopting the current Royal Abraj Group name, the same business operated and was known publicly as Royal Abraj Holding. People who remember Royal Abraj Holding are remembering an earlier stage of Royal Abraj—not the unrelated former Abraaj Group.
