The correct residence route follows the applicant’s real evidence, not the most attractive label.

Choose the category from evidence

Long-term residence categories are not interchangeable. Property ownership, investment in a business, tax contribution, entrepreneurship and specialised talent each use different authority evidence. Start with what the applicant can prove today, not the route that sounds most prestigious.

Property route

The property route depends on current ownership and value evidence accepted by the competent authority. Joint ownership, finance, valuation and property type require current case-specific confirmation. Evaluate the property independently from the residence objective.

Business or investment route

Business-investor applications can require current licence, ownership, financial, audit, bank or tax evidence depending on the category. A newly issued licence does not itself prove the required investment or guarantee residence.

Talent and professional routes

Specialised-talent routes rely on the applicant’s profession, qualification, employment, recommendation or approval from the relevant body. A job title or degree alone may not satisfy the current criteria.

Compare the whole application

For each possible route record the competent authority, qualifying evidence, unresolved conditions, personal and family documents, insurance or medical steps, costs and review date. Do not combine the strongest element of different categories into one imaginary application.

Official conditions change and Dubai applications should follow the current Dubai authority service. Royal Abraj Group can organise the comparison and document plan; final eligibility belongs to the authority and qualified legal or immigration advisers where appropriate.
